The below graph monitors the flow of Internet data around the
world and displays a value between zero and 100 with higher values indicating
faster and more reliable connections... The display uses different
graphing techniques; the gray area represents current conditions with a brief
histogram, the gray line represents normal for that section of time, and the red
line represents the highest peak ever.
